These semi-automatic hand packing stations have an ergonomic "by hand" design that can be adjusted to fit many different sizes of packing boxes. These hand packing stations require only minimal training to operate safely and efficiently. Once the box is formed, it is held in place to allow the operator to begin hand packing the product into the case. The full case can then be pushed into the case sealer station for top and bottom sealing. The Little David CF-5 case former is PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) driven, so it doesn't require any lubrication. Slide and lock legs adjust to meet most conveyor heights, making it easily compatible with most sealers and encouraging quick changeover. This packing machine provides the ability to create a hand packing station that provides the efficiency of an automated sealing station while ensuring primary product delivery. The hand packing stations are available in Stainless Steel (pictured below) and Cold Rolled Painted Steel.
